Quick Facts & FAQ
What platforms have you built?
I am the CEO and Co-Founder of Spark Tech Hub, and I have built two main cross-border payment products: Oneremit (focusing on compliant B2B cross-border payments for emerging market trade) and Payremit (focusing on diaspora payments).
What regulatory licenses and registrations do your companies hold?
Our platforms at Spark Tech Hub are registered in five countries: the United States, Canada, Nigeria, Ghana, and the United Kingdom. We hold an MSB license in Canada, an IMTO license in Nigeria, are registered with FinCEN in the United States, and are approved as a PSP Agent by the Bank of Canada.
What is your vision for cross-border commerce?
My vision is that emerging markets represent untapped trade opportunities with the Western world. By building frictionless, compliant cross-border payment infrastructure, we allow businesses to trade freely, creating a win-win scenario for global commerce.
